What plans cover, how billing works, and what costs extra.
Do you offer a free plan?
Yes. The free plan gives you the compliance dashboard and filing monitoring, so you can use Govchain before moving to the Pro plan. You can also file annual and tax returns on the free plan, charged per filing rather than bundled in as they are on the Pro plan.
Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees for our plans. The only exception is if you’re adding an existing company with overdue returns. In that case, we offer services to help you file those returns for an additional cost.
If I only need one service (like VAT registration), do I need the full plan?
No. On the free plan you can buy any service on its own, including VAT registration, and pay per filing. The Pro plan bundles bookkeeping and the routine filings, so it only makes sense once you use those regularly.
Can I switch plans whenever I need to?
Yes, you can switch plans anytime. Your new plan will take effect starting from the next billing cycle, making it easy to adjust as your business grows.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your plan anytime, and you’ll still have access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle. No extra fees or hassle!
Can I pause my plan if my business takes a break?
Yes. If you're on the Pro plan, you can pause it. While paused, your plan drops to the free plan, so your company stays monitored and compliant until you're ready to upgrade again.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, and Instant EFT. Choose the option that works best for you!
Can I get a refund if I’m not happy?
If you cancel a service within 24 hours of ordering, we’ll provide a full refund. After 24 hours, you can receive a 50% refund as long as the service hasn’t been completed yet. If for any reason we’re unable to assist with the service, we’ll refund you in full.
