Govchain TaxTax™

Company tax returns in South Africa, prepared and filed

Every registered company in South Africa must file one ITR14 income tax return a year and two IRP6 provisional tax returns — even if it didn’t trade. Govchain prepares all three and submits them to SARS. A SARS-registered tax practitioner reviews every return before it’s filed. From R270 per return.

Over 124,000 business owners use Govchain, with more than R1bn in business revenue filed with SARS.

Tax returns, prepared and filed.

Company tax is a headache most founders don’t have time for. Govchain prepares your return, a practitioner checks it, and we file it with SARS.

Prepared by Govchain, checked by a practitioner

Govchain prepares each return from your records, and a SARS-registered tax practitioner reviews it before anything is filed. You approve, we submit. Every company owes three returns a year, and Govchain files all of them:

  • ITR14 annual income tax return
  • First IRP6 provisional tax return
  • Second IRP6 provisional tax return

Govchain tracks your tax status and tells you when a return is due, with enough time to get your records together.
